The National

Reflective Writing4

summary
This essay shows the government jobs have the highest citizens then the citizens who work in private sector. This because of the lack integrations in the private sector. In addition, then  negative attitudes which riddled by the private sector towards Emiratisation .Also because of a fundamental built us the professor Abdulkhaleq Abdulla mention. Moreover, private sector neglected the issue of Emiratisation when the government applying pressure which created barriers between the Emirati and private sectors Essa AlMulla mention. However, there are many efforts made by private to attract Emiratis and have a lot of change into organization but they failed because private sector not ready for Emiratisation has bad image towards Emiratis.

Essay

Every country there are two major jobs the government job and the private sector. Honestly, the private sector beats the fed in my opinion. However, I don't like the idea of working a job solely for job security. That instability makes me want to work harder. A persons hard work and effort can really shine in the private sector where promotions, and pay raises are not automatic. I feel like in government work, a lot of real slugs  for example  lazy and good for nothing employees are paid well and practically are guaranteed employment. In the private sector, the slugs don't make it very far. The opportunities in the public sector are limited, but they are nearly limitless in the private sector. Everything from owning your own business, and doing any kind of job imaginable. Falling into the net of job stability really can work against a person who is creative. Having slugs as your peers at work can make a hard working person less motivated.

There are many advantages and disadvantage of the government job and the private job. Firstly: the government advantage are get more paid holidays than anywhere else you will work in it , benefits are great in the government job, retirement. I know of lots of people that retire from the government at young ages, but will hire back on, and receive. However , there are many disadvantage of work in government job for examples: Salary cap and moving up can be difficult if there are no available openings .In addition, there are many advantage of private job. For example: more money to be made. And may be easier to move up. However, not as much paid leave   Holidays, and. benefits may not be as good as government, or may have to cut because of the economy.

However, there are many ideas towards  a negative stereotype about Emirati workers. One of this negative stereotype they say that Emiratis are lazy, Emiratis are not qualified, and not good. Some reason about this negative stereotype of because many Emeriti did not complete their study and  this is the main reasons .Also , they are less in coworker .

Finally , I believe Emiratisation is important for many reasons. If you are a UAE national or an expatriate resident of the UAE, you must be very familiar with the term Emiratization, a topic that has received a great deal of positive hype in the media ever since its inception. Never specifically defined, Emiratization is generally any initiative by organizations both public and private to employ, develop, and retain Emirati employees. First, for organizations to establish these development programs, enormous efforts and significant monetary investments had to be made. Some of these efforts include making the commercial case, developing processes, allocating space, and much more.
As a result, like any private educational institution, a minimum number of Emirati enrollees has to be met to prove the success of these programs. Keep in mind that in most cases, the same people who devise these programs are the people who hire Emiratis. Therefore, many talented and experienced Emiratis, who are qualified to join at more senior levels, get placed in entry-level positions.
